Happy Wednesday Sweetpeas!
It is time for another Glossy Box unboxing! This months box is a special edition box with a tropical theme. I have to say this has to be one of my favourite boxes so far! The artwork on the box is beautiful and screams summer vibes, as do each of the products inside!
Senhor Do Bonfim – Sea Water Hair Spray – I have to admit, I haven’t been a big fan of sea salt sprays in the past. They always made my hair feel dry and smelt disgusting. However, I was pleasantly surprised that this spray actually smells pretty good! It’s perfect to spray on curly hair to give it a bit of extra flair! (Especially for those days when you really can’t be bothered to sit their straightening your hair). This cute little bottle is a great sample size but is still small enough to make it perfect for travelling this summer!
Exurviance – Triple Microdermabrasion Face Polish – The name is a bit of a mouthful but this award-winning product claims to deliver results. Made with professional grade ingredients, this product is a hardcore exfoliator containing papaya enzymes and glycolic acid to cleanse the skin of impurities and dead skin. I currently use the Nip+Fab exfoliator, so I am looking forward to seeing if this works any better. At £62 for a full sized bottle, I am really glad Glossybox gives me the opportunity to test high-end products!
Oriflame – THE ONE 5-in-1 Wonder Lash Mascara – I am feeling conflicted about this product because it is not a bad mascara, it really isn’t! It gives a nice even coat on the lashes and looks really natural. But! Because this product promises to do so much, I feel it doesn’t live up to the hype. It’s a nice mascara if you don’t like lots of mascara on your eyes lashes. Will I continue to use it? Absolutely. Will I pay £9 to replace it once I’m done? Probably not.
Inuwet – Cheek Shell Brush – I am obsessed with this brush! It is super cute and the brush is such good quality. The bristles are really soft and feel great on your skin. I personally have loved using this brush to contour my cheeks. It distributes the product evenly and blends it beautifully! Plus, I feel like a mermaid while I am using it. Who doesn’t want to feel like a mermaid while they are doing their makeup at 6am!
Regenerate – Enamel Science Advanced Toothpaste – I am a little hesitant to believe this product. I was always told by my dentists that when the enamel on your teeth erodes there is no way of getting it back. But this toothpaste claims to do just that! And for the reasonable price of £10 (well, reasonable if it works!). I haven’t currently tested this product long enough to really see a difference, but if it really does work you can bet I will be doing a post on this toothpaste in the future.
Those are the products from this months GlossyBox. I am not sponsored by the company, I just really enjoy receiving this subscription box!
